Anyone doing this?.
It was great last year. I went to the Bath one in March and ours beats theirs in every aspect. The amount of people lining the streets is awesome, with DJ's and brass bands around every corner.
Isn't it in the behind the great northern run as being the most popular run in the UK?.
Not that I am looking forward to it considering the heavy weekend I've just had

Done the men's health survival of the fittest yesterday, that was enough for me

Was suppose to be 10k but it was 12k I think a lot of people were saying in the end. Hard but worth it!

I'll be doing it, run the Newport half early this year to break my virginity into the halfs, run the Spartan Beast Sunday just gone, half marathon with 25+ obstacles, possibly the toughest thing I have ever completed! I hear Cardiff half is top notch so really looking forward to it.

Great race! I'm not 100% sure I will be doing it as pulled my hamstring a couple of days ago and haven't trained properly for it. I had to take a week off leading up to it last year and ran 1 hour 21 but will run 1 hour 25 at best if I run it this year. Never been fully fit for this ad it's a bad time of the year for me.
Good luck to every bluebird running it!

1hr 25 is a phenomenal time, makes my aim of 1hr 50 look like snails pace. Really looking forward to it though, got a bit of a niggly hamstring, but hopefully it won't effect me much. Good luck everyone

Good luck to all doing it on Sunday but it really pisses me off when they don't all it by its real name. It should be the Cardiff 'and Penarth' half marathon when it completely shuts down the town of Penarth and most of the photos in the advertising is actually Penarth not Cardiff and our council tax is put towards the 'Cardiff Half Marathon' when Penarth and the Vale get no recognition whatsoever!!!

Its a great event, did it 2 years ago, setting out to to beat my time of 2hrs 20.
Would love to see a marathon in Cardiff. Did London this year, which was amazing, but would love to be able to run a marathon around Cardiff
