Would you tell Marshall to go down next time?
You can’t have any form of reaction to incidents.
But when you’ve been tugged it’s difficult, it’s almost human nature to shrug people off.
He’s come in for a lot of criticism? Is he in right place mentally?
It didn’t have any part in his reaction.
It is a warning that he needs to be careful.
He’s in a good place mentally, You can see why people think it by putting two and two together, that he’s disgruntled, but it’s not the case.
He’s very professional, he’s a good man and a good leader.

When I saw the other view clip it didn’t look as harsh as my first view.
Why we appealed it was the severity - it didn’t match the crime.
We were hoping it might get reduced to one but it’s a compromise.
You don’t often get it so we were pleased they saw it that way.
Fifteen years ago the referee would have wagged his finger at both of them, said don’t be silly and get on with it.
Five years ago they would have both had a yellow - today you’re not sure quite what’s going to happen. That’s the difference.
