Who at the CCS is responsible for

The fans match day experience ? Or should I say none experience. Surly any business that is not performing properly would look at the people responsible for delivering a decent customer match day experience, and if it's not happening, they would be on shaky ground :bluebird:

This may be a be an alternate view, but I would guess the FANS need to play a part, too! :thumbup:

Seems to me that many have literally taken their eye off the ball for far too long in recent times! ;)

Agree, I think they should put more effort into getting fans back

What happened to the ps3's underneath the family end? Thought that was popular. Get something like that again would be a start. An perhaps get some local bands to play before game.
