I will start where everyone wants to know about Jon Snow

Jon Snow Story Arc

He is Dead so there's no story arc
He is seen in flashback scenes but not much more.
Davos and Melissandre leave the Wall and he kills her.

Aryas Story Arc:

We Pick up with Arya being Blinded by the Faceless assassin with Jaquen Hgars face.
She is offered the chance by the gods to retrieve her vision by assainating a Rich Merchant at a Play about the Five kings Battle,
She is distracted by the notion in the play that the The Lannisters are the Heroes of the Story and Starks the Villains.
After regaining her sight she returns to westeros against Jaquens wishes and in her final scenes she arrives back at the Inn where she killed Polliver in during S4.


Danerys Story Arc:

Last seen surrounded by Horse Lords Danny is taken to the Dothraki Khal who intends to enslave her before she convinces them that she is in fact their Khaleesi with the Help of a fully restored Drogon.
She returns with Dothrakis to Mereen where we find Jorah Struggling with Greyscale,Tyrion Struggling in general and Daario who again convinces her to lock up her Dragons.
A series of events lead to Daario unleashing a battalion of Second sons on the Unsullied killing Grey Worm and unmasking himself as the leader of the sons of Harpy and the new King of Mereen.
Jorah kills Daario and Drogon and co eliminate the Harpy and Sons.


Lannister Story Arc :

Cersei and Qyburn plot their revenge against the Sparrows and All who have wronged the House Lannister.
Tommen frees his betrothed who is now converted and half the queen she was.
Cersei rejects Jamie who then heads for the Riverlands with Bronn.
Sparrows continue their trials and Courts and with the Help of Littlefinger and Olenna bring out Gendry who admits to the Children of Queen Regent being Incestous and His death ordered by Cersei for his Linneage from king Robert Barratheon.
The Sparrows storm the Red Keep and its engulfed in fire Tommen is killed,
Cersei orders the mountain to kill them all..
High sparrow is then killed by the mountain.
Cersei takes Tommens body and prays and cries over him before being stabbed in the back by Ser Lorres Tyrell.
Kevan Finds a Dead Pycelle in his chambers and is then shot by a man with a crossbow who says "The Queen is Coming" then Varys steps out of the shadows holding the crossbow.
Snow Falls on the Burning Keep(Winter is Coming).


Rickon Story arc:

Rickon Hodor Osha are resting at the Last Hearth when they are met with familiar faces which lead to an unlikely reunion.


Theon/Reek,Sansa & Boltons story arc.

Found by Brienne and Pod, the head out away from Winterfell
But are attacked and Pod is Killed but Sansa and Theon escape.
Roose and Ramsey are hot on trial of the escapees Roose suspects they have fled to the Wall so sends a letter to the nights watch ordering her return or he will head with his army to retrieve her.

Walder Frey Story arc:

Walder sends out his son to bring back a new wife but he encounters more than he bargained for.
A priest and a large robed man are spotted throughout the season and when Black Walder meets him the robed man unveils himself to be the Hound.
The Wedding is like any other wedding in Westeros

Sam & Gilly Story arc:

Sam arrives with Gilly and Baby at Oldtown.
He encounters the Grand Measter and the Achmeaster and spends a lot of his time in the Measters Guild.
He learns about Valaryan Steel and its power and has a reunion with his father at Hirn Hill
Sam finds out he has a Sword of Valaryan make and convinces his father to part with it.
Sam returns to the Guild but it has been sacked by Euron Greyjoy who is now the King of the Ironborn after the death of Balon.


The North Remembers story arc...

Melissandre makes a sacrifice at the wall (a young pure virgin of high born lineage) hmmmm I wonder..
This sacrifice resurrects the recently killed Jon Snow.
This is the first time Mel has used the magic since learning it from Thoros or Myr.
Jon wastes no time in exacting retribution and all mutineers are executed (For The Watch).
Jon Recieves letters from various parts of the realm including Winterfell.
Jon against the will of Mel leaves the wall in the charge of Edd and alongside Tormund, Wildlings, Mel and Davos sets out to find Sansa and take back Winterfell.
En route Davos tells Mel that they must now serve the Lord commander but the time will come where he will exact revenge for Stannis and Shireen.

Jon reunited with Some not all family members forces allegiances with the Karstsrks,Umbers and Mormonts to stand against the Boltons in the battle for the north.
The battle itself will take place in latter of the episodes possibly 8 or 9.
There are losses on both sides with the battle in blizzard like conditions Tormund and many of the Wildlings are slain and Jon mortally wounds Ramsey after he killed Tormund.
With the Battle running close, Littlefinger appears alongside riders from the Vale and the Boltons are obliterated.
Roose is beheaded by Brienne and the victors return to Winterfell to discuss the best way forward.


Last scenes..


Theon is returned to the iron islands and disputes with Euron over the true heir to the iron throne, the Horn of Greyjoy is blown by Euron and is heard throughout the lands.
We see Arya in some bushes look up as she hears it,
Qyburn and Mountain standing over sparrows look up as they hear it,
Mel and Davos hear it in Winterfell wall tops,they look up, Davos looks terrified as Mel says "It's Time"
Sansa hears it from her chambers, Jon hears it with Littlefinger.
Edd hears it and looks up but the horn is then replaced by a loud crack, the wall starts to split and the Nights King walks through on a horse followed by hoards of wights.
The Nights King kills Edd and all remaining Nights Watch before raising them back as wights.

Littlefinger turns to Jon and Asks what it was to which Jon quickly and afraid says "Winter".

Why? you don't believe any of that is true do you? out of all that there is a good chance that something in there may occur, but the guy has not even finished the book yet, he is writing it as they shoot the chapters

I always thought that the main / final battle would be Daenerys and two others as three headed dragon vs The Others. I'm starting to think the other two are Jon Snow and Tyrion.
