Anti Atmosphere boring bastards!

Tue Sep 22, 2015 6:01 pm

Firstly i think its a great idea the ideas about creating better atmosphere but as always like everything with city fans you always get the moaning crew chipping in putting a downer on things!

Ive seen on here people moaning about drums and cardiff ultras, for me its that boring attitude is why the atmosphere isnt goon any more..

I SAY BRING ON THE CARDIFF ULTRAS AND DRUMS IN THE STANDS!
BRING ON THE NOISE!
BRING ON THE ATMOSPHERE!

Spot on. You cant contrive an atmosphere at a football ground. Excitement from the field of play, the ups and downs of competitive football when results really matter. Rgats what creates an atmosphere.

As for goal music, words fail me!

Both comments there full of shit and depression. Maybe you two chaps could sit in the grandstands together with a latte discussing tactics and how shit the weather has been lately lol..

Good football and a winning team obviously encourages atmosohere but there are other ways fans can create atmosphere

f**k off with your Cardiff Ultras. I don't want to jump up and down dry humping fellow City fans whilst trying to replicate turkish style songs. I'll stick to "You are my Cardiff" and "I'll be there" PROPER City songs. Stick your plastic Ultra wannabe shit where the sun don't shine.

The cardiff ultras can do both singing the old songs you mentioned and do new things to create atmosphere, if you aint fussed on the new things then thats fine dont get involved but dont see why you got to be so abusive about it chill the f**k out

You're talking bollox about being abusive, you yourself are calling fans boring bastards because they don't want "Cardiff Ultras". Some fans remember how we used to create one of the best atmospheres in Britain, we don't need drums, megaphones and Turkish style songs. Get on the oppositions back, get a Barmy army or a Men of Harlech going on repeat, support the boys with a bit of passion, it's not difficult and it's certainly not forced ultras wannabe rubbish.

I agree with what ur saying. But at the same time i dont see why cardiff cant try other new ways of creating atmosphere ultra style.

No harm in trying, regardless of what i've posted today on my Ultra thread, if you get 100 people with a true passion and belief in what they are doing, it can work. I am a doubter, but my name is Thomas

If you want to see and hear an amazing atmosphere go an see the Cardiff Devils Ice Hockey.

Cardiff City need to change, gone are the days of an intimidating atmosphere with the home and away fans next to each other in a stadium that was built 1910. The supporters of the club need to move on and try new things like the drums and music otherwise it will become a soulless stadium like all the modern lego brick design stadiums.

I love watching Wales at the CCFC stadium as the atmosphere is amazing, although I'm sorry to say I no longer feel the same about the City. Even worse my kids who are the future generation of fans would pick Ice Hockey over football which is something the club needs to address!

PS bring back Rick Wrights £1 for kids as I still feel he started the Cardiff fan base revolution

I think Wales have proved you can create atmosphere ,with the Barry Horns, clappers etc.....mind, a winning team doing well and playing with passion has helped.

I'm all for creating an atmosphere, and the drums etc seem a good idea.
The only thing I don't like are the horns and the clappers, they are properly cringy.
