' RED CARD BAN REDUCED '

Tue Sep 22, 2015 4:40 pm

Cardiff City captain David Marshall has had his ban reduced to two games after his Roterham red-card.

The Scotland keeper was sent off at the New York Stadium for aiming a kick at Millers striker Matt Derbyshire.

But after replays showed the former Blackburn striker was pulling on Marshall's shirt in the moments leading up to the incident, the Bluebirds decided to appeal.

CCFC Statement :ayatollah:

We can confirm that David Marshall has had his three game ban reduced to two, following appeal to the Football Association.

Yes, I tend to agree. Did Gabriel kick out (or stamp) at Costa regardless of the provocation?

Answer YES; just like Marshall did!

Strange the two are seen as different but I still feel Marshall has been partially vindicated
