A win on Saturday

Sun Sep 20, 2015 5:52 pm

If we beat Charlton on Saturday and a few other results go our way we could be as high as 3rd or 4th. And that is certainly doable considering the fact that we have started well and will be at home.

We have thrown away for points from the last two games through a mix of bad luck, a clack of clinical prowess and stupidity. After watching our first six games I'm still convinced this has just been a blip and we will bounce back with a good result on Saturday.

Also Ryan, Rotherham scored from an agonising own goal and a ridiculous penalty, and that is without our start defender. Defences looking solid. :ayatollah:

James I agree we had bad luck against Hull City because we were def the better side. But no excuses yesterday, we should be beating a side who have conceded 17 goals in 7 games & have conceded more goals than any other football league team and no excuses for the red card because we were playing poor before the sending off. If we are to challenge at the top we must be beating the lower teams.

Next up a tough game vs Charlton - hoping for 3pts but it won't be easy - Bluebirds :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Mason we still had plenty of time after the Marshall red. Slade would have had fifteen minutes to change things around and our quality would have showed in the end, I believe.

How's things mate?
