' Remaining optimistic '

Okay we lost to one of the worst teams in the championship and I accept we should be beating teams like Rotherham, but I won't be all doom & gloom about it. We are still in a respectable position and picked up 12 points from 8 games which to me is a good return. Beating charlton would put us on 15 points again putting us in a healthy position in the table. I believe in slade and the players and am adamant we are in for a good season :bluescarf: :bluescarf:

We've started the season better than what I expected, but come on we should be beating a Rotherham side who have conceded more goals than any other side in the whole of the Football League and have conceded 17 goals in 7 games...

As I said yes we should be beating them, but our performance on Tuesday shows to me that it was an off day and we can easily bounce back :bluescarf:

We def should be beating them but as I said in another thread - Sometimes these type of games become the most difficult you just can't predict this league

mid table to flirting with the playoffs is my assessment of where we'll end up so we are where i thought.

There's no x factor in our squad and very little pace, just good solid pro's and a journeyman manager.

To early to be judging the season at the moment.

Championship is always a strange league.

As RS recently said, judge me after twelve games, and I can't see us getting much v Charlton next Sat either.

OK, I'm a bit disappointed that we lost today and that I couldn't make the game because of illness. However, I have just watched Dr Who which has somewhat lifted my spirits on account of it being filmed in Cardiff and reminding me of how much I would like to bum Jenna Coleman right up her coal-hole. Which gives me an idea for a spin-off series, where I am an evil alien that does this to all of the Doctors female assistants, called Dr. Poo. These painkillers are actually quite strong.
