We lost today because of Marshall.

What an absolute nightmare, should be beating teams like Rotherham if we have any hope of getting to the playoffs, never mind automatic promotion, and what happens, a moment of absolute lunacy from Marshall, followed by an own goal in injury time, let's see Slade explain this one away

Nothing for Russell Slade to explain as this game 100% changed because of the petulant behaviour of our goalkeeper and worst off ALL captain. Rotherham were going nowhere fast until Marshall got himself sent off and the last minute deflected own goal was just unlucky.

None of this today was down to Slade and we should just move on from it as quickly as possible.

Being a disciple of Slade's, I can quite see why you would want to move on quickly

Me a disciple of Slade

In my opinion he never should have got the job and he has done little to change my mind on that opinion. But there is absolutely nothing he, or ANY other, manager can do when your captain get's himself sent off and that's what caused the defeat today.

As I said in that respect he has nothing to explain.

Stats mean nothing as soon the both teams cross the white line there run had to end at some point and unfortunately it was against us and helped by our goalkeeper.

Maybe Marshall should be dropped or at least have his captaincy taken off him he cost us today or am I being harsh . I thought Moore did a good job at the start of the season

Ryan, i said in my previous thread sometimes these type of games become the most difficult, but if we can't handle these games how are we going to handle the big ones? We should def be beating a team who have conceded 17 goals in 7 games and have conceded more goals than any other side in the football league. And the Marshall sending off isn't an excuse because we were playing awful when we had 11 on the pitch.

Oh well, next up a tough game v Charlton - Bluebirds :ayatollah:
