What the @@@@ is going through their minds!!!

Went to pull out of a side street in my car and saw head lights down the road, I thought it was a long way off so moved forward. Unbeknown to me at the time was the fact the oncoming car must have been doing shall I say a brisk motorway type speed through Penarth! As I pulled forward they almost hit me and I had to slam the breaks on and placed my hand on the horn! I think it was a Mercedes but had no time to get the plate.

Why the hell do people drive like this? Especially given some of the horrific stories that have appeared on the news recently! It gets me really mad that they could have easily taken my life. The shopkeeper down the road said he saw it go past like a rocket! Whoever was driving is an ignorant arsehole with shit for brains at best!!!!

What gets me why people put their foot Down in built up areas ??? I do 70+ on motorways,but normal roads I like to think I drive quite sensible.
