If you were Russell Slade and was told to sell player/players to make a couple of million to get the striker you want - who and why would you sell them ?

Lots of things to consider such as balance of squad, players not playing wanting game time, injury prone players and so on

I have a few players in mind I would move on but interesting to know everyone else's thoughts ?

I think Pilkington is playing well.

I'd be looking outside the current squad.

Would we get anything for Macheda ?
Perhaps by Christmas there will be a deal on the table for LeFondre or one of the others on loan ?
I wouldn't want to disturb the match day 16 by getting rid of one unless I was sure I could get good money and a better replacement.

At the moment we have a decent 1st team and good back up in most areas.

Maybe just need variety up front, hopefully Idriss will tick that box

Sean Morrison for me.

Turner to take his place.

Buy a striker.

I thought he played well v Hull.
The best of the 3 centre backs defensively in that game.

Also what sort of fee would we get ?

Not what we paid for him.
We need 4 quality centre halfs as they are constantly getting injured/ suspended.

I can't see us getting much of a striker in Jan for £2m Annis.

Best option is go into the loan market.

IF we can stay near the top then maybe we can sell a few more tickets and also maybe Tan will gamble a bit ( not too much) on a player or 2 in Jan to push us on.
