' The fans tonight '

Whilst we want bigger crowds and it is embarrassing that we're only drawing 12-13k a game, I like the crowd that goes to games now. When before would we be clapping off the team for losing? Been a long time since that's happened. The fans that are there now are supporting the team, fair play. Things will get better :ayatollah:

Even when the second goal went in, the fans didn't exit the ground in a hurry, they stayed to applaud and clap off the lads. Fair play to all those who went :ayatollah:

This is the whole reason why we are enjoying it more. Yes, it's great seeing the ground full, but if half the feckers are only there to see Rooney and co. their heart really isnt in it. The fans who were there tonight were proper City fans who wanted to be there.
I havent got a season ticket this year (first time in about 25 years), but I still turn up. The result aside, I loved the match tonight and the atmosphere. :ayatollah:

I'd love to see the stadium packed but with fans that want to be there. I think Monday will be great for us because it'll be fans who are going week in week out and we'll improve the atmosphere from within. Maybe improving the atmosphere will help fans come back who won't turn on the team when the results aren't there! Fair play for still going tonight. 4th cheapest in the Champ for match day tickets so can see why :ayatollah:

The fans were excellent tonight, the ref helped with his poor decisions and Fabio got the fans off their seats too.

Well done to all who were there tonight :bluescarf:

It really cant be easier to buy tickets on matchday this season......you dont even have to go to the ticket office and queue. They have the large red ticket sales huts behind the Canton Stand, cash only. :ayatollah:
People shouldnt be deterred if they dont have tickets. It so easy.
GET DOWN THERE!

I was in the grandstand and hats off to the Canton stand tonight. All as one. Sung superbly. Just what the players want to hear. Excellent effort from you all. #letschangectheatmosphere@CCS :ayatollah:

Was so happy that the players got clapped off at the end. Past two seasons, they'd have been boo'd regardless of performance, so tonight was a pleasant surprise.

I bloody love evening games. Much better atmosphere.

The ref and his assistants spoilt what could have been a really good night of football shocking decisions.
