Dai Hunt

Tue Sep 15, 2015 9:20 pm

Think he crossed a few lines tonight.

I've got no problem with him being passionate, that's a good thing :thumbright:

But tonight he was vocally attacking people and at times going out of his way to irritate those of us in the same area.

No time for him when he's like that.

Dai Hunt is a one-off, he's pretty harmless and there are too few 'characters' at the CCS these days! ;) :laughing6:

I always stick up for Dai, but Ned is right,he was mouthing at everyone last night, including name calling.

No wonder there is no one sitting near him.

I love passion in our fans, and he is one of the most passionate of all, but last season my jaw hit the floor in the club shop, i was there with my five year old, and next to us he was kicking off at the staff there ,name calling them really personal names, bad language and just showing off in front of all the shoppers, really poor and pathetic. And am sure it was only because of Tans red rebrand, Staff handled it superbly, and they told me that he is a nuisance and a nightmare. I love characters and he is definitely one of those, but saw him in a different and very poor light that day

All I can say is last night dai must of taken his brave pills ! Mouthing off and calling people names behind their back as they are leaving.
This guy is a complete idiot who has never kicked a ball in his life, he knows he can say what ever he want in the safety of the ground.
If there was a ban looming over anyone's head for doing something I am sure someone would of knocked this stupid prick out.
I still recon my idea is a good one everyone pitch I a pound and pay for the f*cking fool to have corporate each game . Beat money ever spent !!!!!

Exactly.
Some people saying he harmless and he's funny, which he can be, but he plays on it and goes way, way over the top at times. A lot of people have only seen him when he's funny but he can be a loud, obnoxious fool at times.

Not too sure about that.

Once saw him walk into the late Ninian Pub where someone thought they were being clever by grabbing hold of his hat and throwing it across the lounge. Dia reacted with a quick right hand just managing to hold his punch back by a few millimetres. Don't think the guy will do that to him again.

I think someone should just go and have a chat with him, no good gossiping on here better to be straight with the guy!

I've known Dave for many years and he's a decent bloke at heart. He suffered a serious illness as a child which has left him with various issues, some of which can be anti social. If he's pissing you off, have a quiet word with him and explain why his behaviour is unacceptable; that usually works. If not, just tolerate him as he's essentially harmless.
What you can't fault is his passion for the club which has never wavered, regardless of the regime running it.

I agree with that, I said in my original post that I have no problem with his passion and that it's a good thing :thumbright:

The other night though, he was going too far as I say.

Bad enough people talking rubbish at football but he shouts it as loud as possible. Did my head in on Saturday but thankfully that's the first time I've been in the same section of the ground as him for quite a few years.

What did he do?

Re: Dai Hunt

Thu Sep 17, 2015 7:07 pm

He plays on the fact that he can say what he likes because of the ' it's only Dai, he's harmless ' tag. One day he's going to say something to the wrong person and get the mother of all hidings.
