Ticket office thankyou

Went to ticket office this afternoon and couldnt be more helpful.......thankyou to alex( i think his name was)...

I've always found the ticket office staff to be very helpful.

They always are! maybe when people are going into the ticket office they have been reading too much into people complaining, and go there with the wrong attitude, never ever had any problems with them

They are very helpful

I think the ticket office staff are excellent and have never had a problem with them. Sometimes,the only problem is actually getting through to them,which is not their fault.

I agree with the getting through bit. I always toss them around getting another ticket for one of our friends and end up having to move seats and they have always been great....
