Best start to a season for 7 years

Excellent start, unbeaten, should of had maximum points against Fulham. Squad has been trimmed, but looking balanced. Player of the year on the bench says it all. Connolly imo is fantastic. A premier league loan signing would be nice. Early days, but nice to be shown second on the goals on sunday highlights

Promotion season our first six games were W D L W W W so it was 13 points then, 12 points now. So not as good a start this year. We went on a 10 game winning streak at home in our promotion season start.

However, being unbeaten for 6 games is the best for 7 years. We went 7 games unbeaten in 2008/09 but that was with 5 draws. So only 11 points.

In the promotion season our first 12 games were W D L W W W L W W W L W = 25 points. So that is something to aspire to.
