There is better news on another of the Bluebirds’ signings, utility defender Gabriel Tamas, who also joined the Bluebirds at the end of the summer transfer window.
After a run out in the club’s Development squad recently. The 31-year-old will be part of Slade’s 20-man squad to face Huddersfield in the Championship tomorrow. It remains to be seen if he will make the bench though.
Slade commented: “Gabby is still a little bit behind. He’s played one or two games, he played recently and he will play again in the next week or so. He will be in the 20-man squad for Huddersfield.”
Slade declared himself satisfied with his business in the transfer window and said his team right now was in a ‘good place.’ And the Cardiff boss admitted it was not just about the players he had brought in this summer, but also the ones he had held onto.
