Eligibility for away travel

Tue Jun 22, 2010 8:18 am

Just wondered now as we have sold over 17000 season tickets including 800 premier seats, how the distribution of away tickets will be worked out.
Will they go to Premier club members and ambassidors first? If so, this could mean other season ticket holders losing out? When date did the ambassidor tickets run out?
What is the system in place for next season? :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

I think it was announced fairly recently, that the system in place from last season, is the system that will be employed for this season as well!

At the recent meeting with Gethin, Wayne and Julian, the Trust reps proposed that away tickets should always be allocated on a "countback" basis so that regular away travellers get first dibs, regardless of whether they were an Ambo, ST holder or away member. Julian rejected this and said that Ambos would always get 1st priority.

To be fair mind, they stipulated that to get tickets for the Leicester City Play Off Semi Final away game, you had to be an Ambassador, who had also been to a minimum of 4 away games!

First few aways could be fun if all the ambassidors apply to go away. :ayatollah: :D :ayatollah:
