Yes help the refugees but

Look after our own first ,feck me there are loads of deprived people in this country who have not got a proper roof over there head or enough food to eat ,not saying don't help the refugees but put yourself in the shoes of someone in this country who relies on food banks etc ,to see a refugee be given free accommodation , food ,health care ,and so on ,they wont stand in line down the A and E for a broken leg etc they will be seen before you or me ,not stirring the s**t but where has all this money come from to do all this when the government tells us to cut back cos the country is in the crap ,also another thing i didn't think there was enough housing for people who live in the UK now ,so where is all the housing coming from to house these refugees ,and these people on the news saying ill take a refugee into my home need to be ashamed of themselves when there are enough homeless kids in the UK that need a home it really f***s me off ,i don't mind helping anyone in need but get your priorities right .

Indeed you need to look after yourself before looking after others.

My real concern is that these refuges the media are saying have come here for a new life. So we take them in then go and clean up their country, let be truthful here we are responsible for it, then what, they continue to stay here. If so that is wrong in my view.

Gotta love the people who say "we gotta help our own first" almost always do nothing to help "our own." People are people we should be helping them all, none of those "well where did you fall out of your mother because that's really relevant" business.

That's before the fact that historically the UK are largely responsible for the crisis anyway.

Thats a very simplistic view imo.We no longer hold any grudges against the Germans for Hitler trangressions,likewise France because they were once ruled by Napolean.I think were all agreed they need help but just letting them in willy nilly does nothing to solve the real problem of making their own country a safer place.You would think the arab world would do more in this crisis but a large part of the arab world are intent on killing each other while the other half secretly fund them.
