Euro 2016 finals draw??

Does anyone know if the draw for france is seeded into pots based on the fifa rankings like it was for qualifying or is it based on previous performance's in major tournament's, if its the latter we will be in pot 4 if the former pots 1 or 2??

It will be based on the UEFA National Team Coefficient (UEFA's ranking system). As it stands, we are likely to be in pot 4 for the euro finals draw in December, which is the lowest pot
