So many Swansea Threads lately

Fri Sep 04, 2015 7:50 pm

I wonder is it because Swansea as a Club are so far ahead of Cardiff both on and off the field that certain posters have hijacked supporting Wales with posts about Swansea fans not displaying their colours while supporting Wales . Is it an uneducated sense of superiority which hasn't been seen since Swansea went into the PL perhaps ? personally I find it sad that even in these exciting times following Wales some are so bitter that they felt the need to deface the National Flag which was a sad reflection of the mindset of a some .I don't blame them for not declaring their allegiances , with half wits that this club has in abundance who could .

Get a grip, all clubs have half wits as you point out but the modern day football fan is anything but. My post was asking a genuine question as I simply don't know if Swansea fans attend in small numbers or simply don't make themselves known for whatever reason. This isn't a new thing, it's always brought up even when the swans were in the dungeon.

When Wales play without doubt we unite as one but away from that they will always be the Jacks and that rivalry will never die, deface the national flag? Ask city fans their opinion on that flag, 99% will give it the thumbs up just like the jacks would if it was the other way around :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :ayatollah: :bluebird:

Not another ****** thread!

What I will say again is that I find displaying club allegiances at Wales matches unnecessary and looks like an inferiority complex. It isn't important how many fans are from each club. It's important that the stadium is full of Wales supporters.

I never wear club colours to Wales games and will happily wave a Wales flag or flag of St. David.

As a footnote, I couldn't get a ticket for today's match. Does that mean I don't support Wales? I hope not.

(See what I did there? Turned a ******* thread into a Wales thread!!!!)

It's always the same retards who reply to them. I see a Swansea thread and before clicking on it I know exactly which Cardiff fans will be commenting on it.
