Age: 18 (DOB 09/07/1997)
Previous clubs: RSC Anderlecht, Germinal Beerschot Antwerpen (GBA), PSV Eindhoven
Position: Weymans is a versatile operator but has mostly played as a left-back or left winger. According to the Forza Sports Group, the consultancy that has looked after Weymans, he is a 'multifunctional left-footed player who can play as midfielder and defender'
International honours: Belgium U16s, U17s, U18s, U19s
Anything else: Weymans has been on trial at Fulham at the start of 2015/16, appearing for the Cottagers' U21s team against Colchester United and Arsenal.
Weymans was also linked with a move to Atalanta this summer with some reports saying he was set for a medical, though no deal was finalised.
Ambitions: Weymans makes no secret of the fact he wants to reach the very top, having been reported saying: "I want to play at a great club in the Premier League. Of course I want to play Belgium in the World Cup."
Career highlight: That has to be his goal for Belgium's U19s against Sweden back in March that conjured memories of David Beckham against Wimbledon all those years ago.
Picking the ball up in his own half, Weymans drove towards the centre circle and after spotting the Swedish keeper off his line scored with an audacious 60-yard strike. He had only come on as a substitute in the match six minutes earlier.
