Welsh Squad

Is anyone concerned that Cardiff have so few players in the current Welsh squad ? In this golden period of Welsh football the Capital city club has a poor representation within the squad and that looks likely to remain the case for a while yet with only Declan John playing at U21 level
Watching the game last night it struck me how many players have some link with Swansea especially the Academy with Richards ,Allan ,Davies ,McDonald some may not be playing at the highest level but their deemed good enough to play for their country Can Cardiff close the gap and produce a glut of Welsh stars for the future and who are the ones to watch ?

Ramsey, Gunter, Collins, ledley. Think that's a decent representation don't you think?

precisely allan plays for pool but came through swans same as above mentioned are city ones!

That's now , but who is going to come through to replace them .The U21's only have Declan John atm .

Ive been saying it for years now but people only think short term these days. Tan has completely fucked the local talent over by focusing completely on a non-starter Malaysian soccer school were no good teenager would ever get a work permit to even play in this country!!! The jacks have now taken full advantage of this and are now doing soccer schools in what used to be big Cardiff supported areas.

You never know. Some players are late developers. You can have all the promise in the world but you need the right attitude. There'll be players who come through out of know where.

yes sorry , I believe Swansea have 4 in the squad .
