Tan - maybe...just maybe

Fair play and full credit to Tan he has turned the business of this club right around....

Like it or lump it, the guy could have easily walked off and left us in the shit 15 months ago when we come down. He continues to fund the operation whilst clearly learning the trade and hats off to him in my opinion as he is getting it right across the board! We have kept Kenwyn, Marshall, Mason & Fabio and he has backed Slade where many (myself included) doubted his ability. All of a sudden the players are on board, there is positive feel at the club and the players are not only playing with passion but actually looking quite sharp.

We are not throwing stupid money about (like some idiots keep insisting we need to do on this board) and the entire business is going the right way. This is the model we have needed for years in my opinion and I think the message is now coming across quite clear through everybody at the club.

Early doors of course, we have a bad October and the boo boys will be back but Ive got more positivity at the moment around the team, and actually have started enjoying watching them again....... :ayatollah:

I believe he is learning how to run a club (albeit the hard way).

To his credit i also believe Russ is learning quickly about the championship. Physicality and commitment are great in league 1 & 2 but technical ability is a must in the championship and you need to protect the ball and stop giving it away......

Adeyemi and Doyle were not technically gifted just grafters who in the right set up will succeed. We need the next level plyer and he realised that.
