We started last season with more strikers than a box of matches. I thought we were going to play 1-1-8 formation. with the exit of Le Fondre, Guarra, Velikonja and now possibly Doyle as well, we are now getting a great deal more balance in the squad and or appropriate numbers of players in the squad and can accommodate the new lad Saadi with ease.
I am neither a Slade in or a Slade out person but I will say he has done exactly the job he was brought in to do and what was needed within the club. For the first time in the last few years we are starting to look like a good organised team with purpose, drive and some class thrown in.
We might have not spent much money in the market place this Summer but it was just what the doctor ordered! I would like to say well done for sorting out the mess that we were in to Ms Dalman, Choo, Slade and Co.
I think this board now has a very big problem! The club no longer have a crisis, WHAT WILL WE ALL DO!!!!!!!!!
