Happy enough with the squad now

I reckon we are still a bit over budget so might see 1 or 2 go out on loan, but I'm very happy we have managed to keep the nucleus of our squad and only really shipped out players who aren't contributing.

I certainly feared we'd lose Marshall, Fabio and/ or Manga.

We will still need to be lucky with injuries as although we've got a bit of depth its not of the same standard.

The over budget issue will soon sort itself out. Still one or two dead wood players about that we will give away if we can't move them on.

The next couple of days will be interesting. With the good start the question we all should be asking is will Tan invest to strength the squad for a realistic push for promotion therefore blowing the budget again.

I can see us brining in some loan signings from the premiership once the loan window opens back up
