Are we learning from our mistakes?

It seems things are starting to be put right at the club, a very long way to go but good to see us moving in the right direction both on and off the field. The club is making sensible decisions of late with regards balancing the finances and strengthening the team at the same time, I hope marshy stays and kj contract is now sorted and we are finally learning from our mistakes.
