In Saint Etienne Youth Team, he was the best striker season after season, then he did not really get the chance to express himself therefore they let him go to Clermont. He played for six months and scored 11 goals you can see some of his goal compilation on Youtube: each of his goals are pure art. What he needs right now is stability and trust from Cardiff City if you give him that I won't be surprised to see him on the Premier League Club List next season.

This for me makes perfect sense. Thankfully the days of going to get a big name with big fee etc are gone. Lets have somebody who is cheap, looks a good prospect and can have a bit of passion.

Our neighbours down west do this all the time and make a success out of the strikers - who heard of Michu before they got him?

It is far easier coming in to a winning team full of confidence which at this present time is also scoring goals, less pressure no huge price tag and he can be introduced slowly.

This sounds like Rudy all over again. Let's hope if he does turn out to be good we put a sell on clause this time...

Eddie was class I saw him score. Lol

His playing style reminds me of the Adel Taarabt (when he was skinny)

How long till we see him in a first team League game, do you think ?????

Makes sense and hopefully pay off, who thought gestede would do what he's done? We fished him out of France did ok for us at times then flourished at Blackburn and now at villa, Leicester plucked out mahrez and look at him now arguably the most inform premier player at the moment

I'm sure it won't be long before he's chucked on the wing then criticised & dropped by slade for not tracking back enough or helping out his full back then sent out on loan & getting replaced by a league 2 player who's more of a 'grafter!'
