Jose Mourinho is inexperienced at Championship level. Would you take him as our manager? Eddie Howe was inexperienced at Championship level until he took his team into the Championship. Two seasons later he's now a Premiership manager having smashed the championship in his second season. (Same experience level as Slade has now).

I know a lot of "inexperienced" managers that have done well and got promoted Lamert Di Matteo Hughton Alex Neil Slavisa Jokanovic Eddie Howe etc.

He was mate I tried explaining this to Maccy on another post but he doesn't seem to understand, also Jose not experienced in the Championship, correct but ihe s in all the top leagues in Europe , so if he ever did manage in the Championship, highly unlikely, I am sure he would be a success.
