Birthday present help

What do you buy for someone (female) who is very fussy (sounds a harsh word) and abit of a perfectionist! This person is quite well off already. She like designer accessories but not designer clothes. Sounds weird. I know that jewellery and clothes is a big no. She also doesn't like being out and about for long so I guess something for her to use at home? God knows what! I'm really stuck. Any ideas. Oh and no food/choc either.
