Nottingham Forest 1 Cardiff City 2: Fan view by Lee Stephenson

These are frustrating and pretty tough times for Nottingham Forest fans.

This game arguably showed up every area where we are struggling, with the strong possibility key players will be sold in the next few days.

Forest played well for the last 20 minutes when they really had a go, but in the end it was a fair result.

As good as Michael Mancienne is, we missed Henri Lansbury badly, especially as Kyle Ebecilio had a poor game in central midfield.

There was no creativity from midfield and we ended up giving Tyler Walker no service.

He's going to be a great player and he's really gifted technically, but physically, I'm not sure he should be playing up there on his own with no one around him.

He desperately needed help. I'd love to see him play in a 4-4-2 with proper wingers.

Unfortunately, I think that was the last time we'll see Michail Antonio in a Forest shirt.

It wasn't really his day, apart from the last 20 minutes when he looked impossible to handle. I wish we could have played with that determined, attacking attitude from the start.

Now, with the window closing on Tuesday, we've got a really worrying couple of days ahead.

The club have to get a striker in, otherwise you wonder where the goals will come from.

I think the only way to do that is to get one in exchange for one of your better players, for example Antonio.

It could be that you solve one problem by creating another one as he is the team's driving force.

I hope Forest come out of the window stronger, but I'm far from convinced they will.
