Is Gustede better than Jones?

Still whacky the same player is tying down a place in the villa side.
How good can he be? I'll be speechless if he's playing end of the season after a successful campaign

I'd think Jones would probably make more of an impact this season over Gesede. However he is much young, ideally we would kept Gesede.
