Ok he grabbed a goal well done there.
But how was his performance in general? Im a fan of his link up play and hes an asset to our side there imo however...
I heard on the radio he missed another sitter? He missed a sitter one on one with the keeper against wolves too, is this and is he good enough?

Not good enough I'm afraid to say time after time get into a position and just can't finish it off. It was a sitter anyone of the 603 fans there today would have made a better effort. Has a touch of an elephant. Could have hit it first time. Not the player he was since his hamstring injury has lost some pace. We are passing the ball around if we had a top notch striker would be killing teams off easily. Mason is a work horse gives his all but he's not a nature finisher and isn't going to get you 20 goals a season. But fair play to the lad keeps on going and trying for the cause of club.

I think he will be the almost man, some good quality but lacking in areas. His pace is what stops him being a top striker. With confidence he could do a job in championship but I wouldn't rely on it.
