My verdict - Yes. Michael Mancienne’s challenge on Joe Mason inside the Forest box after nine minutes. Mason appealed strongly, but referee Langford said no.

From our viewpoint in the penalty box it looked a real shout for a penalty and Cardiff could easily have been awarded a spot-kick.

From my view point on half way line it looked like a penalty, but the ref thought not because masons theatrical dive, to the ground and if you look at the fouls committed against him most are free-kicks but the way he falls over doesn't convince referees he been fouled. Needs to be more clever and go down naturally. If you know what I mean.
