On loan at Leeds from us, having a very good game against Derby. Also scored a goal with a good header. IMHO should not have sent him out on loan. He is the type of midfielder we need now.

Paul Clement looks to be turning out to be a flop.

Hes shit

Oh my God, oh my God, oh my God. Adeyemi scored, we should never have let him go, he is the greatest defensive midfielder in the world. Our club are morons......
Can't wait for Le Fondre to score this place will be in meltdown.

Well Done Adeyemi, I agree we shouldn't have let him go. Another player who didn't get a chance...

Happens all the time when someone leaves, so annoying.

Grow up Wayne S. I merely expressed an opinion that he was playing well etc. At the age of 67 and watching The City for over 50 years (1959-1960 being my first full season) I think I am entitled to my own opinion. Thankyou.

This is what does my swede in!! Posts like these
Same with Gestede Le Fondre and so on every time they score we get these posts. What about all the times they don't or play shit maybe they should post the opposite post because I am sure there will be more of them
Players have been moved on for whatever reason just get on with it

can't see how you say that if he was given a run in the first team I think he would of become class a proper box to box midfielder

Of course he had a chance. Got game time and trained every day for the manager to make a decision about him.

A player needs more than a few games to succeed - Adeyemi is a good player and he's proving that at Leeds

and well done to him.

I rate him and by coincidence, he seems to have found the net for arch enemies Leeds. Don't expect me to jump for joy when he left for nothing.
Déjà vu!

Santa Ponsa Blue - how many games do you consider a few to succeed as a matter of interest
Sat Aug 29, 2015 1:37 pm
Wasn't it a loan?
The little I seen I liked.
Sat Aug 29, 2015 1:40 pm
Yes loan deal and signed till 2017 so not sure how he has left for nothing as someone posted unless I missed something
Sat Aug 29, 2015 1:45 pm
Little - 23 games for Cardiff, 13 starts and 10 and subs under two different managers
Plus daily training to impress
That is more than enough time to succeed and more than a little playing time
He's gone for the season so let's move on
Why this is a stickie who knows - does my swede in

I agree too, we should have kept Adeyemi and given him a good run of games. Not 2 games in a row and then he's back on the bench. It's no wonder he couldn't perform consistently. He has now been given a chance at Leeds and he has been given a specific role and he is doing his job very well for them. Like I said before,, we are trying to bring in a midfielder, when we had a perfectly good one in Adeyemi, yet we loan him out to one of our rivals. I truly think if Adeyemi had of been playing alongside Dikagcoi and Ralls, then he would show us the energy, strength, determination, little bit of pace and that urgency, which we are missing in midfield this season.
Bloooooobirds.

If the team wants to play football he is not your man. If you want to play kick and rush he is a decent asset.
I guess for this season at least we aspire to being at least 6~10 places about the likes of Leeds.

You have to deserve game time. Not saying he's not a good player, just not good enough and never showed us he was

You are 100% correct. I put up a similar thread a few months back. Gunnar and Whitts were really struggling at the end of the season but the clueless manager left Adeyemi on the bench. Of the last 10 games, he could not get in the match day squad on 1 occasion, was left on the bench for the remaining 9 and given just 5 minutes playing time in those 9 matches. Is that what they call giving him a chance? Poor management.
Sat Aug 29, 2015 2:12 pm
Threads like this always come up whenever either a loanee or a player we've let go scores a goal, just waiting for Le Fondre to score now for the next one... "we should never have let him go

"

23 chances in total 13 starts if that not enough time then what is ? More than enough time for managers to make a decision plus daily training obviously seen something that you can't

Does it really matter lads he is on loan and doesn't want to come back apparently. Does it matter how long u been a supporter new young supporters have a view too .
Sat Aug 29, 2015 3:45 pm
Why can't we just have a 'loan watch' stickie so every time one of our players out on loan scores or does something shit then they can go in there instead of having boring threads like these all the time saying we should never have got rid

Slades decision to let him go is slowly being justified with our midfield performances this season, I like him but right this minute you cannot question it.
