Slade Bashers including Nathan Blake

Now let me get this right.
The club in a terrible mess before Slade came here. Playing in red, a club divided and a massive 38 professionals on the books and long term contracts. Disenchantment and lack of unity and direction following solsjkar. Clearly, players unfit and unorganised.

Slades cones in. Yes - boring football. But now back in blue, squad trimmed, a playing structure in place and manageable, wages reduced. Players clearly fit and used used to a structure of 442 playing and defending with 2 banks of 4 when they have lost the ball. Undefeated so far this season, 7th in the table, better quality football and some cracking goals scored. Slade is clearly moving slowly, carefully and sensibly and yet he still gets criticised. Gunner not playing - he's been injured and Digachoi is playing well, Witts, Malone and Ralls forming a good rapport, Fabio challenging hard and our 3rd and 4th choice centre backs really doing well. Many are criticising Slade for not starting Jonesand Ameobi. But hang on - the latter has been on the other side of the world playing international football and then sustained a small injury whilst the latter is not match fit and is knackered after 30 minutes. Slade has seen this and is gently playing them back in and thus trying to preventhamstring injuries which players are susceptible too, as for Blakey's comments in his Echo column saying the number 9 should be cherished and the number one player in the team - is this because he played that role? Sorry too many being all knowing.
Final fact - under Slade we have only lost 4 our of 22. Let's criticise that fact then Shall we? Just shut up and support Slade and the Bloooobirds :bluescarf: :ayatollah:

Think I've only ever come on here and bashed Slade ones, and that was because I was in a real bad mood over other things lol got to write last season off due to all the shit that was going on. Even José mourinho couldn't have done anything with us last season. We seem to be a lot more settled now with a bit of purpose about us, I think Slade could well get us a top6 Finnish this time around.....if our club stays off the radar, with none of the off field bollox we had last year, and quietly go about our business, then i can see us getting into the playoff's. Go on a decent run, and the fans will soon start coming back hopefully. As for nathen Blake, although I do like the bloke with him being an ex city player, and Cardiff fan.....I never pay much attention to what he has to say

Well I guess Blake does'nt know much about football, it's not as is he has ever played the game at a high level. I am sure we all know more than him, some us have actually played almost as high as Welsh League level.

You're missing the point completely Steve.
