SAMMY AMEOBI - OUR BEST PLAYER ????

Sammy isnt out best player at the minute but the skill he showed on saturday against wolves was that of a top class player,
The goal he scored was real special too as it more than will likely boost his confidence massively. I also noticed that he ran through 3 wolves players and almost scored !!!!!.
I also thought that When Slade subbed Kenwynne and gave sammy a chance I thought that was the best change he could have made on the night.
I watched the game in Tenby in one of many pubs that was showing the game in , and the one I watched it in had about 10-15 city shirts in there which Is always sign and when Sammy scored the bluebird fans in there made more noise than the band playing last night down the harbour
I think that if Sammy bulks up a bit he could well become one of the best players in the league and I expect Mclaren will be keeping close tabs on him.
Hopefully at city ameobi can develop into a decent player

Nowhere near our best player at the moment.
He's very lightweight and needs to bulk up a bit and he also does not seem to be match fit at the moment.
However, he does have decent speed and that run against Wolves was a great piece of skill that deserved a goal.
Hopefully he will make a big contribution this season.

For me he has the quality to be,but he will need to perform like he did against Wolves on a regular basics

Hes got to start the game to perform annis that's just it slade gets him here and don't start him only if somebodys injured or come on last ten minutes as sub

Im not convinced yet tbh.
Yes he did well when he came on against Wolves but was that a point to prove against a club we all thought he was going?
Lets be fair, the other games hes come off the bench he looked dire - Zaha esq. So yes Im happy for him to be with us and think he can offer a lot but Im not going to get overly excited just yet. As Annis says, the Wolves performance is his bench mark against future performances
