My View on Slade

When he took over last season most people had doubts i would say. Coming from orient a lower league manager with no experience of championship football its fair to say. He started very well unbeaten in the first seven games or maybe lost one. Then there was a slide and terrible football from Cardiff. The colour change and vincent tan saga went on. Quite a few fans expected us to return to the premier league. My personal opinion why the fans had enough is the poor football on show. The colour change had a small influence i think. This season i think most people are sitting on the fence including myself because you cannot judge someone on four games. Yes we have improved with team spirit and slade fair play has been in a difficult situation regarding budgets and must get some credit. This championship is going to be very tight there are a number of teams that can win this league i think its wide open this season. We have a team of players that can make the top six. Slade got it right on saturday team selection. Brought ameobi on plenty of skill and can get better. Whittingham still puts quality passes corners etc. Ralls is class. Slade has quality in this side youngsters ready to bloom. Slade is on the right track but its going to take time and more wins to get the six thousand thats gone to return
