Credit where it'd due to the City squad and Russell Slade after last night's display. Well done!
Dare i say it, that this squad can only get better? With Joe Ralls who was outstanding at times and Jones proving just how much we need him in the squad. Ameobi who scored within minutes of coming on and a constant threat. Fabio was another player who stood out for his excellent performance. I wouldn't like to be in Russell Slade's shoes when he will have to decide Fabio or Manga. Surely a pairing of Ameobi and Jones up front is now on the cards with Mason being relegated to the subs bench and Revell another certainty for the subs bench as well.
I just hope that Jones will be fit to play away to Nottm Forest on the 29th of this month.
