Great to get our first league win of the season and a clean sheet. I had us down to lose today but I feel we deserved the win.
Who was your man of the match? Fabio for me

Dodgy start, but he picket it up and full of energy. Fabio for me. Also thought Ralls looked to play the ball, and Ameobi looked good coming on

But it worked, you have no point.

He does. When Malone goes down the line apperantly we have a plan to cover. Didn't provide that today. Not sure how that's Fabios fault though..

They didn't exploit that much, there's no point mentioning it if it had no effect on the game.

It didn't. But it often left Fabio alone tracking back, sometimes covering two players. No doubt Fabio would get the blame if they did.

Fabio for me! Quality today! Joe ralls had a great game too! Covered a hell of a lot of ground!

Fabio

i do think people over state the things fabio does because its him

that said it was a good performance, tinged with a few fabio-isms
but ralls MOTM for me, who continues to have an excellent start to the season

Fabio for me 100%
Super game, worked hard, chased back (when he lost the ball) and great play out wide...
If Slade drops himafter this (assuming he is ok after his knock) he needs his head read by an even better shrink!

Ralls was excellent all game,so dead heat
with Fabio for me.Looks like players know there is someone in the squad waiting to take their place so everyone giving 100% when on the pitch. We will only get better

not really, defensively great again today

Fabio played really well today but I felt that Joe Ralls edged it. He was the link to nearly all of our good play and once again proved he has an engine and work ethic second to none.

Wow, Fabio over Ralls. I reckon i watch a different game to most on here sometimes.
nevermind

Joe Ralls was superb on this performance its frightening what he can achieve in the game if played in his prefered position of centre midfield, he reminded of Ramsey today

well done Joe

I don't mind admitting that I'm wrong, and despite criticising Fabio in the past I thought he was excellent today and it was easily his best performance for the club. However, it was the hard work of Joe Ralls which allowed Fabio to get forward and flourish. Therefore, Ralls is my MOM.

Joe Ralls for me ..

Fabio for me but thought Jones was a fantastic influence on the whole team

Showed that playing him doesn't have to mean hoofball

Good point, thought he held the ball up well, won free kicks as you say it seemed quite evident the players had more confidence looking to pick him out
