James Vaughan

Huddersfield are not going to renew is contract at the end of the season, so they are more likely going to let him go before then for a couple of hundred thousand, I would of thought. He could be the experienced target man, goal scorer who we are in need of. He is very good in the air, has good hold up play, has a great work ethic, has great movement and he has proved that he can score goals in this division. In my opinion, he would be a very good signing and a great partner for Mason. I know he has had some bad injuries in his past, but I think he would be a gamble worth taking. Especially as he won't cost all that much.

He's been with us over 4 years been out on loan as well and in all that time as he proved to be the Messiah, I don't think so. I just don't think he's fast enough or strong enough or good enough .
Hope I'm proved wrong .

no no no - Vaughan is a sick note and will play about five games per season for us, if he is not suspended after getting the odd red card. I guess its still more than Guerra and Velikonja put together but that is not a good enough reason to sign him

He would be an excellent signing, and infact I said the same thing last year! Very quick skilfull and mobile!
