Cardiff City Football Club can confirm that Kadeem Harris has joined Barnsley on a short-term loan deal, subject to international clearance.

The loan deal will run up to and inclusive of Saturday, 21st November 2015.

Me too, so if he isn't going to get many games for us then the next best thing is to let him go out on loan, so he can play regularly and get his confidence back up. I think that he will be in the starting eleven for Barnsley week in and week out and cause he did so well at Brentford when he went their on loan a few seasons ago, he will be a quality player for Barnsley in League 1. Hopefully, when he does come back he will be given a chance by Slade. I hope we don't sell him after his loan, especially on the cheap. I'm fed up of the club letting good young players leave for virtually nothing and also not inserting sell on clauses in the deals. If I owned the club and we had young players, who have something about them, but they are not anywhere near the first team and I decided to sell them. Then I would insert a sell on clause and a buy back price clause in all of the deals, if it involved selling younger players. It would be a rule that I would introduce at the club. Cause you can never tell how a young player's career is going to pan out.
