Ayatollah

People moan about chants and songs but why not re-invent this for our players. Yes Bob Bank/Grandstand etc all know it, but the players are losing site.

Wasnt so long ago the chant was used for each of the players and as annoying as it perhaps was, it did work. During the game I think this should be chanted at each of the 11 players on the field until they do it, greeted with a loud cheer each time...

I've always worried we will concede a goal when someone is doing the ayatollah for the crowd and is distracted! Can't we leave it for the subs, corner takers, etc?

A simple "do the ayatollah Bluebirds" to the starting 11 as they get into position before kick off would be great, it would show unity between the fans and club as well as being unique to us.

Well considering our identity was ripped apart a few years ago I think finding ourselves again now that we're back in blue is completely necessary

It will come naturally, not by forcing it. If you have to look for an identity, then it ain't yours.
