- City contributed £20m to the conversion and the council £22m. The conversion cost £42m
- Wet Sham contributed £15m towards what is a £272m and rising conversion cost
- City pay £4m pa to the council (half rent, half %age of naming rights deal)
- Wet Sham will pay £2.5m which will be largely or completely offset from the various cost items included in the sweetheart deal
