id be pretty annoyed only because i doubt we would bring anyone in that's all.
Jones should be starting he is lazy but he knows where the net is and is 100 x better than revell.
I hope we don't sell him but the rumors around Sheffield as you know is that they have made a bid for him.

I'd love it

Would be annoyed if we didn't replace him as all our over strikers are league one standard.
Jones is probably are best defender at set pieces also, so I don't think he's as easily replaced as some might think

Far better for the balance sheets

Jones is a good Championship striker but for the money that he's on we're better off without him

In terms of wages I will be glad and tbh I wouldn't be bothered at all.

Happy as long a as we brought another big man in as Revell isn't good enough hopefully we also sign a striker with pace.

Totally relaxed

I thought Revell was a weird signing considering his age. Fair play his worth ethic is off the charts but he doesn't deliver.

Would be very happy, but only if the transfer fee we'd receive for him and some of the wages that we would save from him leaving, were both reinvested straight back into the team. Then we use the money to sign a pacey, Championship experienced, goal scorer and a young, pacey, highly rated striker on loan for the season, from a Premier League team. If we can get those deals completed and we can move on another player or two, then we should go out and sign a central midfielder, someone like Jonny Williams from Palace, either on loan for the season or on a permanent deal. We need a ball carrying, creative, skilful, assist making and goalscoring midfielder, basically a midfielder who can have the same type of effect that Jason Koumas did when he came on loan to us for a season, the first time he played for us. We are crying out for a goalscoring midfielder as well as a goalscoring striker or two. Bringing those two goalscoring players to the club, is going to be a real challenge for us, which is made even worse, with Vincent Tan not providing us with the type of funds that we would need to complete those deals. Even if we brought in a couple of million by selling a few more players, there is no guarantee that those funds would be made available to Slade, so he can go out and strengthen the squad. It's more likely that Tan would just pocket the money instead, which of course he is entitled too. But, if he wants us to get back into the Premiership as soon as possible, then he will need to back us with a good couple of million more. I don't think that with all of our players fit, we would need many more players as I think we have a pretty strong squad. But, we definitely require another 3 or 4 new players, for us to challenge for promotion. Like I said before, we need to get rid of a few more players and we badly need to sign 2 strikers and a quality midfielder.

Very pleased.

Unless we got a decent replacement, annoyed. Jones will always score goals and despite his "laziness" he should be a starter.

Buzzing, get him off the wage bill, it's players like him that stop the club from hiring match day staff like 50/50 ticket sellers etc

A) Sad because, although a lazy oink, he can bring another dimension to our attack when required, probably more effective off the bench nowadays. Not forgetting how useful he can be defending set pieces.
B) Happy that a very big wage bill has been saved
C) Cynical because what the hell does it benefit us fans or the club because any savings will just go into Tan's pocket

best striker we have got. Where would we have been without him last year ffs!
I think we have a perfect combo with him and Mason - just needs to start

Easily our best striker put a decent cross in and if he gets on the end of it its going in
I'd say he's probably the best at what we does in the division
