Leaving them on the bench and some not even in the match day squad.

Why are you not a football manager?

1. His approach is always a cautious one, setting up not to lose rather than try to win.
2. He prefers solid plodders than flair players.
3. He's stubborn.
4. He decides on a team and then picks the same starting 11 every game unless forced to change by injury or suspension.
5. He's got his favourite players who he likes to pick constantly regardless of form.
