Earlier today someone on here,replying to one of my postings, mentioned Slade and Eddie Howe so let's look at some fact's....Slade has had well over 700 games in charge of various teams,and achieved absolutely nothing, zilch... on the other hand Howe has had far less managerial experience and has achieved promotion after promotion,latest being to the Premiership, so my question to the happy clappy supporters of Slade is this,do you want mid table mediocrity under Slade, always living in the shadow of the Swans or playing at the highest level under a far better quality manager

I beg your pardon I am entitled to an opinion i'm trying to bring a positive outlook to things and how would you know my posts are being laughed but would I care anyway? would I f**k.

Lots of quality managers fail to get promoted you've rehashed a topic from when slade joined city.! Took venger 9yrs or so to win something at arsenal? can go on and on if look and find similar people! Just because you have beef about slade doesn't make people who support him happy clappers!

A clear case of using just the one fact to support your anti-Slade agenda.If that was the only criteria for judging a manager then your statement would be valid.Sufficed to say he seems to be very well liked and respected by those inside the game who are undoubtedly more qualified to express an opinion of this nature.I may be wrong but to date I have not heard of any of his managerial peers,players,or others employed in the industry slagging him off.

Delusional. Wenger kept arsenal competing at a time when the new stadium was being constructed. He also managed the transfer market so well that the club isnt riddled with loads of debt. He is a businessman's wet dream which is why he has not been sacked. The closest we had to him was Dave Jones. He kept us up there competing and managed to make £20m+ net profit during his time at the club.

To suggest it took Wenger 9 years is overly simplistic and you know it. He faced a much harder job than Slade does on all levels and is one of the best managers to grace the premier leagues.

I don't think Wenger & Slade should be mentioned in the same breath. One has won virtually everything, the other absolutely nothing. They are poles apart.

It's all good seeing then positives, I always look at them first. But, your so one sided in your posts they loose value. Like partywithole and OGS your almost blinkered

I'm afraid your comments are totally irrelevant, managers are judged by results, not by how nice they are,so I will repeat a fact,in well over 700 games,Slade has managed, he has had zero success

We may be undefeated but we haven't won a game either. 46 games - 46 points equals bottom half of the table.
