I'm sorry Annis, but being nice counts for nothing when you're a manager. Look at Ole, I met him a couple of times and he was a gentleman too. But not a good football manager, just like Russell Slade.

I got a nine man gang with me for the last four years some nice blokes in it, yet two of them couldn't get stuck in when there was work to be done on track so I fucked then off after several warnings. Being Nice means nothing in some jobs. Performance is what it's all about. In slades case it's about results not a tea party and casual chats to fans to win them over irrelevant of results. that's just not how it works in football
