The steady start to the season should not blind Slade to the obvious short comings in attack,in my opinion Mason or Revell are the answer, Jones won't play 90 minutes, and it seems Slade is reluctant to give Doyle a start, needs to be sorted

Not always, malkys team went up playing rubbish.

I expect us to struggle near the bottom so points for me mean more than two points with OK performances.

Averaging a point a game?

Point missed I think.

The club is rebuilding, the process will take time, but the fans have to stay patient and we'll see evidence of the progress like today. :sladein:

Agree it needs rebuilding.

Slade hasnt got rid of me enough players, still a huge wage bill.
He is signing players he won't play.
I'm it patient with debt, sell them and get a young manager in to keep us up, Trollope is ideal.

He has got rid of a lot of players and is trying with others. I agree some signings are strange (O'Keefe) but we need to back him until Vincent Tan decides it's time for him to leave, but until then, he's our manager, so get behind him :sladein:

Why get behind him?
Why do I need to support the manager to support the team?

Because the manager is in charge of what that team does, so for the team to do well the manager has to?

Really?
So the players only believe in him if we chant his name? I don't get it.

If he walks into the dressing room acting like a man who's about to lose his job, it will hardly instil confidence into the team will it? We need to get behind the team and therefore the manager.
