Very much like malkys team

This team reminds me a lot of malkys first season in charge .

Nobody is expecting much
The team is a pretty solid unit
No real flair but dig in and somehow get results
Slow build up play and never give up attitude
Nobody can agree on the best team to play
There is a lot of belief and togetherness in the squad


It might not be pretty to watch but it's certainly gets you interested and wanting more for some unexplained reason

I thought this season would be a washout but I'm starting to get the feeling it may turn up a huge surprise and end in something special


Well done Russell slade at the moment he's proving some doubters including myself wrong

Malky was a hit from the 1 nil away win at west ham when we got battered for 90 mins.
Slade is not as fortunate and will not be allowed both the time by fans or the money by Tan to improve.

The slade outs still writing posts against him after a very credible draw with arguably our 2 first choice centre halfs missing!

1 defeat and the hysteria against him will restart. t

Well yes although some will say Slade team edges it on the entertainment stakes.
