We are dire. Hopefully Tan will wake up and see that he has to get rid of Slade.

Think u need to look at the bigger picture pal. Can't plan for defensive errors 2 weeks running

Its you who needs to wake up,the goal apart I think we are playing quite well so far.

Were you expecting us to stroll into Loftus Park and win? The time for sacking him was at the end of last season, not now. New manager will have a bunch of players he doesn't want and little time to bring some in. Look at the situation again in December, we aren't in any danger of going down.

I hope you can write that last phrase again in a couple of months.
Where are our goals going to come from?
Mason? Revell? Doyle?
Maybe Jones? (more likely)
We're mid table at best and with our run of games will be closer to the bottom of the table than the to in my view. It's all very well playing pretty football but with no end product we're always going to struggle.

So sacking Slade will turn those strikers into world beaters?
I was one of his biggest critics last season but what I've seen this year shows that he's sorted out most of my criticisms. I'm willing to give him some time to get us firing. The defence will sort itself when Manga comes back.

Exactly! We've got a good foundation in place; cut out the defensive errors and find a good striker and we'll be well up there.

mmmm 2 goals away cant complain can we? except for defence

With Manga missing a lot of composure is lacking in the back 4. Mason won't score 10 in all competition s . Thats what we need a goalscorer

Slade must go ??? Come on be big enough to admit when ur wrong

Why wont people give slade a chance?
2-0 down under someone like Jones we would never had come back. Team showed great determination to get back into that and a draw was the least we deserved. Yes qpr probably could have scored again but we gifted them two goals and they second looked handball.
Pilks should have scored in first half, cut out the defensive errors and we could have won both games!
Lets get behind the team for a change, and how can people criticise Malone - takes alot for a LB to get MOTM thought he played well and always looks a threat going forward!

I have to say I was impressed with the way we played today, if we play like that all season then I'll be happy, I'm not a slade in person but he did impress me today the way we approached the game

2 points from 6 hardly makes him wrong.
Personally I have no faith in him.

I am convinced the more i read this forum the more I am convinced there are a lot on here who do not even support cardiff and will only be happy when cardiff go bust as they never have anything positive to say ever

Actually, I think slide got his tactics pretty much right today and if it weren't for two defensive errors (and two handballs in the build-up to their second goal) we did enough to earn a win!
Knock the guy when it's his fault; today it wasn't!

I think we would have been unlucky to have lost today, and I can't see us in the bottom 6 or so if we continue to show the character that we played with today. Tan wants to ensure that we can stay in this league while working to a strict budget, and I believe we are good enough to finish in the top 14 at least.
Sat Aug 15, 2015 7:51 pm
I said in previous threads and I'll say it again we will finish 7-11

I'm convinced we'll finish in the top 24

Hi Gwenty,
Are you Rydog in disguise?
Sat Aug 15, 2015 8:45 pm
From being at Fulham game and what I seen on sky sports today, we are doing well.
One error at Fulham ( and marshall has made a few over a season ) and a hand ball & a corner we gifted them against run of play today and people calling for managers head.
Just crazy.
We have played 2 big clubs, bigger than us and we looked the better against both teams
Who are these people asking for big name managers bleeding the club from their high wages and compensation when they get fired.
Steve McClaren , Stuart Pierce didn't get Forest or Derby up to name but a few
Stick with Slade from what I've seen so far
We are only missing a good finisher in that team so far.
And people still going on about colour of our shirts.
We need supporters getting behind our club

Slade is doing a good job even the commentators were saying how good we looked as a team i think we can push on. Cum on bluebirds. Russell slades barmy army
